My Name is Adriana Bates
I'm the founder of STACK. I have been in the mortgage industry for 13 years and I started exactly where you are today. I have grown from a loan officer to a producing branch manager, to a company owner. I learned from my mistakes, told potential referral partners the wrong information and lost that relationship. I've cried in the office when I realized I made a mistake and a client actually doesn't qualify for financing, after they have already sold their home and will now be homeless. I have felt the pain first hand, seen my employees go through the pain and want to prevent anyone else from having to feel that!
